Purchase proposal “ShelfCompany Company and New Constitution” Slovenia

Companies have not operated, are not subject to VAT and have no hidden costs, for which we also provide a guarantee in the form of a notarial deed.

The purchase price for a company established from 2014 to 2020 is 5,299.00 eur + foundation capital of 7,500.00 euros (which is on the transaction account of the company being purchased; less bank charges).

The purchase price for a company established in 2021 is 4,199.00 eur + foundation capital of 7,500.00 euros (which is on the transaction account of the company being purchased; less bank charges)

The purchase price for a company established in 2022 is 3,999.00 eur + foundation capital of 7,500.00 euros (which is on the transaction account of the company being purchased; less bank charges)

The purchase price for a new company is 2199 eur + Foundation capital of 7500.00 euros (which is on the transaction account of the company being purchased; less bank charges)

We set up the company on your behalf and carry out the change of ownership.

The company name is not important as the name changes on the change of ownership day included in the package. The age of the business dictates the price.

Is bank account opening assistance included in the offer?

Yes, we provide you with the bank introduction service in every Basic package.

The deadline is 7 days to 1 month working days depending on the banks.

Timeline

How long does it take to register the company?

It depends. As soon as all information and documents have been delivered, we can make an appointment with the notary. Ownership change can be seen even within 4-5 business days.

The price of change? Is there a passage to the notary?

Notary fees for a sole proprietorship in Ljubljana are approx. 240.00. In Celje approx. 350.00 eur and Maribor approx. €390.00. They are paid in cash on the day of transcription, directly to the notary.

Can we do it remotely? With power of attorney?

The transfer of ownership can also be arranged by proxy. In this case, it is necessary to first send the power of attorney to a notary for approval.

Documents Required for non-EU and EU customers.

Prospective business owners who do not have permanent residence in Slovenia must provide on the transcript:

– Slovenian tax number;

– extract from the criminal record of your country of origin;

– certificate of taxes paid in your country of origin and;

– certificate of non-sanction of labor relations in your country of origin.

*All documents submitted to the court must be translated into Slovenian by an official court interpreter and must not be older than 30 days when filed with the court.

On the day of the transfer, an official court interpreter + two witnesses must be present. The cost of the interpreter is paid on the day of transcription, directly to the interpreter.
